Interstate adoption assists needy children without parents find permanent loving families!

There are over 500,000 children in the US foster system and approximately 115,000 children are currently available for adoption.  You can begin to search for children through 125 links we will provide for you, but you will need to register for the program information first in order to utilize Hope for Families as your receiving state agency. There are strict rules designed to protect the safety of children that restrict the release of information to private citizens, and the various state agencies will only give you the child’s information, and consider you for adoption if you are working with a local licensed adoption agency.

Hope for Families will facilitate the adoption of children who are usually 4 years and older available through the interstate Foster Care system. These children are eligible to be adopted out of the States' foster care system.
Parental rights have already been terminated in these adoptions for permanent placement. They can be adopted at lower costs because of state regulations that allow easier facilitation of their adoption such as the sending state paying for the post placement supervision and report, the legal fees and finalization, and medicals.

Our Interstate Adoption Program is designed as our lowest cost adoption program allowing you to begin the adoption process for only $3,000. The total cost of our Hope for Foster Children Interstate Adoption Program only costs $9,000 with the balance spread over six monthly payments of $1,000.  THIS PRICE ALSO COVERS THE COST OF THE HOME STUDY WHICH SAVES YOU $1,300!  The Sending State pays for virtually all other costs including the post placements, legal services and medicals.  For most qualified adopting families who have moderate income and pay taxes, the 2011 Federal tax credit of up to $13,170 refunds yours taxes to pay for all adoption expenses making this adoption have a NET ZERO cost! See cost estimate below*.

Interstate adoption helps our own children right here in the United States…charity begins at home!

How can we leave our children in foster home without the emotional support of a permanent loving family and the essentials of love? Adopting these dear children is simply saving a child from a horrible life of emotional deprivation. Adoption is God’s idea and at great cost, Christ has adopted all of us into His forever family to save us from hell…can we do less for these dear children???” Let us consider what we can do to eternally make a tremendous difference in the lives of children without hope. Interstate adoption assists needy children without parents find permanent loving families!

Adoption Process…
The first step is to have us complete your adoption home study, take a parenting course, along with signing our Interstate Adoption Review Contract so that you can begin receiving detailed information about the children you select within the foster system in other states outside of Florida.   The Interstate Compact and State where the child lives will require you to have a licensed agency as your receiving agency so that we can assist you in receiving, assessing and reviewing the confidential information about the children you are interested in adopting and coordinate with the Sending Agency for child placement.

Available Children…

Foster children may have a wide and diverse variety of ethnicity including Caucasian, Hispanic, Afro-American, Asian or bi-racial combinations.

There are slightly more male children than female children in foster care. Adopting parents can select the gender of the child or children they intent to adopt.

The children available for interstate adoption are usually 4 and older, and infants never seem to be placed out of the sending state. Adopting parents can select the age range for the child or children they want to adopt.

Sibling groups are most common, and to keep the family intact, sometimes younger children are available when the older siblings are being adopted. Adopting parents can adopt several related children at the same time at no extra fee.

Most children who have been in foster care have experienced some type of abandonment, neglect or abuse, and so may have special needs. Often these dear children have attachment, emotional or behavioral issues, learning or developmental delays, and suffered post traumatic stress. Less often there are physical or health issues but full disclosure of all reports is provided by the sending state before matching or selection of adopting families.

Closed or semi-open adoptions are typical as the parents rights have been terminated, so that the biological parents have no identifiable data on the adopting parents and can not interfere or ever challenge the adoption placement.
